Austin M. Mogard

Austin is a Minnesota native who, along with his wife, now calls central Wisconsin home. Austin’s practice involves municipal law and general civil litigation, with a particular focus on real estate, condemnation, and contract disputes. He is eager to establish long-lasting relationships with clients and assist them in reaching their goals.

 

Prior to joining VanderWaal Law, Austin served as an Assistant District Attorney in Wood County, Wisconsin, for over two and half years. There, Austin litigated matters ranging from traffic tickets to complex drug and sexual assault cases. Austin now uses his broad experience as a former prosecutor to assist his clients in navigating the legal system and finding creative legal solutions to their disputes.
